Licensing

Licensing is essentially renting my art for a time to put on your products. I retain copyright for my art.

Non-Exclusive: This means that I can license the design you have licensed with another company that may or may not create similar or completely different products from you.

Industry Exclusive: This means that I can license the design you have licensed with another company, but only for them to use in another category for example. Perhaps you make kids shirts, I would not license the design to someone else who makes kids shirts but I could license the design to someone who makes backpacks or notebooks.

Exclusive: This means that I cannot license the design with anyone else until the licensing contract ends. It will be all yours until the end date of the contract. 

If you are buying my designs on print on demand sites such as Spoonflower, Raspberry Creek Fabrics, etc. You do not need a license to sell what you make.

If you want to print my designs on your products without buying fabric from a print on demand site, yes you will need a license.

The majority of my designs and collections are open for licensing if a design is not available for licensing I will let you know when you contact me. To see all my work available for licensing look at my Spoonflower shop.

Cost varies from license to license depending on the length of the license, amount of products to be made, license terms, etc. After you send in a licensing form I may ask a few more questions and then get back to you with a quote.
